My passion for cooking began as a little girl sitting in my grandfather's kitchen watching him cook.  My culinary style is rooted in my Italian father and Mexican mother's culture and is heavily influenced from being born and raised in the south on the coast of North Carolina. 

Buffalo has been my home and where I've raised my family for the past 15 years. During that time, I have had the opportunity to work for some of the best catering, banquet and events facilities in the area.  

Cooking is literally the only thing I have wanted to do my entire life. I am so proud and excited to finally follow my dreams with my catering company: Momma V Catering Company. 
I can do the standard sliced beef and roasted chicken menu for your event if you want...... BUT....... if you want something fun and delicious, well now you're speaking my language! I cook from my heart and soul and you will taste the difference. Making people happy through my food is my gift and I can't wait to share it with you.
