Our meals come fully cooked and are designed for microwave
heating. However, keep in mind that microwaves vary in power, so heating times may differ. You know your microwave best, so feel free to adjust the time as needed! Vent container and microwave at 90-second increments until heated to desired temperature.
Breakfast dishes will require less time to reheat. We recommend starting at 30-45 second increments until the desired temperature is reached. Breakfast such as overnight oats can be enjoyed hot or cold!
All meals are fully cooked and delivered within 24 hours.
For optimal taste, please enjoy them within 3-4 days of delivery. Most meals can also be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months to maintain freshness. For the best reheating results, we recommend transferring a meal to the refrigerator the night before you plan to enjoy it, allowing it to partially thaw.
